Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, skilled student volunteer to design, develop, and launch the Compassionate Circles website using GoDaddy Website Builder. This project is central to creating a professional, accessible, and user-friendly digital presence for our coaching and empowerment platform.
Commitment
• Time: 5–10 hours per week (flexible)
• Duration: 6 weeks
• Reporting: Virtual check-in with Glenda every two weeks for feedback and strategic review
About Compassionate Circles
Compassionate Circles is a faith-based coaching, facilitation, and training initiative dedicated to helping women and families transform adversity into purpose.
Our mission is to provide safe, non-judgmental spaces where individuals can process trauma, grief, and addiction, and shift from survival to empowerment through storytelling, coaching, and spiritual growth.
The platform combines personalized coaching and scalable wellness programs, positioning Glenda as a thought leader in faith-based resilience and compassionate leadership.
Primary Audience: Women and girls seeking faith-based personal development and resilience
training.
Key Responsibilities
• Website Development: Build and structure all website pages using the GoDaddy
Website Builder.
• Design & Branding: Ensure visual appeal, consistency, and alignment with brand
aesthetics as a graphic designer.
• Functionality: Integrate a scheduling system (e.g., Calendly) and a contact form for
client engagement.
• Testing: Conduct cross-device and browser testing to ensure full functionality and
responsiveness before launch.
Required Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in GoDaddy Website Builder and feature integrations
• Graphics Designing
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent virtual communication skills
• Portfolio or examples of prior website projects preferred

Applications will be accepted between December 1 st and January 15th. Students should fill out
this Google Form where they should also upload their cover letter and resume. In your cover letter, please indicate the organizations that you are interested in working with, the relevance of this work to your studies and how your qualifications relate to the opportunities you are applying for. If you apply for more than one opportunity, please indicate in your cover letter your first and second choices and clearly explain why you are qualified for each opportunity. Applications will then be sent to the hosting organizations, which will request interviews with those students who they feel are the right match. The organizations will be asked to make their final decisions no later than March 1st. You will be asked to respond to their offer of placement within 5 business days so as to allow them to make another offer if you decide you are no longer interested.
